HUBB is a coaching community for business leaders. Small business owners will find a supportive, generous and authentic group, where their business and personal opportunities are at the heart of discussion. 

The type of coaching service depends on the individual. Within the community, peer to peer learning and mentorship is part of our programmes. Dedicated personal coaching can be arranged separately by the HUBB operations team with experts participants have met. We have a business coach for every need. 

To ensure our community is following the right path, HUBB’s ‘brains trust’ is a Guild of Coaches. This is a small group of governance, leadership and development experts, all of whom have decades of experience in high performance environments.

HUBB participants have been carefully and strategically selected. We look for growth orientated business owners who are building a reputation as technical experts and go-to specialists in their sectors. Further, we believe small business owners should have access and exposure to big business insight and capabilities. Our business mentoring and business strategies are therefore shaped to be competitive and relevant to build sustainable and profitable business in these relentlessly volatile times.
